Family Camp Back To The Red Letters is in full swing. The groups arrived last weekend to spend five days building unity and serving next to other families.
These days is a rare occurrence that families get to spend time together as everyone gets pulled in different directions because of busy schedules.
By staying at the Amor camp with no running water or electricity for a week living in a tent, we are reminded of how many others live around the world.
The opportunity to build a home together next to others reminds our families that we are a team. We discover each other's strengths and overcome weaknesses in unison.
At night, Family Camp comes alive with songs, dancing, games, and lessons. Each of our families is growing and being challenged. Our passion for Christ reignited.
We come to be part of a short-term mission trip to build a home, but what surprises us is how this trip fortifies our families.
"Families Building Homes, Homes Building Families"
