The training program is designed for beginners who can already run a half-mile, and is a run/walk-to-continuous running program where you make slight running increases each session.
We created this chart to help you keep track of what walk/run combinations you should do each day, and even made it Instagram-ready if you want to share it with your friends or encourage them to join you.
